Our Branch Church
New Hope Family Church (Tamil Ministry) @ Little India
NHFC @ Little India was founded by Rev Dr K Steven on 13 September 2015. The first service was conducted at the Campus Crusade Building in Little India. The Church is growing under the leadership of Pastor Bobby Leonard.
Affiliations
Transit Point Community Services – a charity aligned with the belief of the church; catering to the needs of society and expressing the love of God to the fullest.
Glorious Kingdom Bereavement Services – a bereavement service provider that was founded in 2020, to provide families of the deceased, with the best service in order to have hassle-free remembrance experiences.
Sacrifice Media – Sacrifice 1, a Tamil Christian audio was launched in 1996 by Pastor JV Chandra Morgan. It was well received in Singapore, Malaysia and India. With the Lord’s blessings, Sacrifice 2 and Sacrifice 3 were released in 2005 and 2019 respectively. Sacrifice 1-3 audio continue to be a blessing to listeners.
Our Ministries
Worship
Our Church is known for its vibrant worship, as worshipping the Lord is our passion. Our exuberant worship continues to touch and minister the hearts of many through online media as well. Our Bible-based worship comes from sincere hearts that have been transformed by His Grace and Spirit.
Prayer
Prayer, without doubt, is the most important ministry in any church. Our prayer team is made up of a core group of like-minded people, whose passion and purpose are to release God’s love and power towards those who indicate a desire for prayer and to bless, strengthen, encourage, and comfort those in need.
Outreach & Evangelism
The Church has been given the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) – to share the Good News of Jesus Christ to a world that desperately needs it. However, in these challenging times, our Church reaches out through love and service, and innovative ways, in order to heed Jesus’ command to go into the world.
Youth
The future leaders of the Church are among the youth of today. Investing in today’s youth is necessary for the growth of the Body of Christ. This ministry teaches our young people to grow in their relationship with the Lord and to deal with today’s challenges, which will prepare them to serve Christ and to contribute to the church.
Missions
Our founder, Rev K Steven was a firm believer that Missions should be the heartbeat of the Church. Reaching out to people and communities to meet their basic needs, was a natural extension of his life. Likewise, we place great importance in this ministry and continue to touch the lives of those in need here and overseas, and at the same time, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with them.
